We're back with a double dose of fun, tricks and treats! Arrival / Cacao Ceremony : 18:00 - 18:30 (30min) Sister circle and welcome, introduce ourselves. It's a heart warming plant medicine of love that leaves you feeling happy and open. A special ceremony with cacao focused on gratitude, intention, and reciprocity. Warm Up and Stretch : 18:30 - 19:00 (30min) Mat flow focusing on mobility and flexibility Pole Flow with Tatianna : 19:00 - 20:00 (60min) Working through isolations, transitions, fluidity. Primarily a low flow, with some fun tricks thrown in. Pole Flow with Mel : 20:00 - 21:00 (60min) Dark, witchy choreography ;) Focus on connection of the body and mind through music. Classes are general level, they will be beginner friendly, good vibes only! Kneepads necessary, heels optional, but recommended

Cancellation Policy

Please note that all sessions and classes are non-refundable. Classes may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice, cancellation after this time will incur a full charge. Please note that for any online class or session you will need a reliable internet connection as this class will occur on Zoom. Please familiarise yourself with the Zoom platform prior to your booking start time. A link for the meeting will be sent to you 30 minutes prior to class.
